Growth in business is of prime concern to every stakeholder involved, yet growing a startup is really hard.
Many founders struggle to figure it out. What makes it even harder is the overwhelming amount of tactics and the “one size fits all” hacks that dictate how they should be running their own growth & marketing efforts.
While these pieces of advice are supposed to be an inspiration, a lot of founders take them as a prescription and apply them regardless of the context of their product or customers.
It might seem easy and appealing to talk about building a growth machine, but how can anyone start this process from scratch given the startup stage ?
Transform a village thru SDG by college students – looking forward to motivate faculties to transform a village thru SDG using student power – apply what you learn – arts, science anything! 1,13,925 hours by 1085 girl students in 181 real life problems – at LDC 50+ year old Madurai’ first all women arts and science college last year.
Now to transform a village using SDG framework with these girl students! Majority of them of first generation graduates! Learnt while handing out their diplomas few years back!
It was amazing to watch last 5 years being part IQAC Board member – every major Tamil, English, History, Commerce, Botany, Zoology, commerce, Physics, Chemistry,etc. applying what they learn in real life around them!
Life Frontier Engagement: course, an integrated service-learning model, has been evolved as a Core Major as part of Integrated Curricular Model for the final year UG students of all programmes in semesters V and VI.

After 8 years being at IQAC board member at Lady Doak College, 75 year old all women college, it was great to address 1200+ commerce students on entrepreneurship.
all women arts and science college, I’m very glad to see more interest in Entrepreneurship and glad addressing 1200 commerce students on student entrepreneurship!
